GIFT CARD REGULATION

Our Gift Card is digital, versatile and easy to use. Below you will find all the information you need for its correct use.

How does the Gift Card work?

  • Valid for 12 months from date of issue.

  • Usable in one or more solutions, without limitations on services.
  • Transferable: can be given as a gift without reporting the change of beneficiary.

Rules of use

  1. Validity
    The Gift Card is valid for a period of 12 months, calculated from the date of issue indicated in the sending email. Once expired, it will no longer be usable.
  2. How to use
    To use the Gift Card, you must:
    – Contact the number +39 0424 195 8079, sending a whatsapp message +39 3401449649, or writing to reservation@viaggiaresrl.it
    – Provide the unique number of the Gift Card and indicate the value you wish to use for the reservation.
  3. Gift Card Features
    – The Gift Card is completely digital and is sent via email.
    – In case of loss, it will be possible to request the same Gift Card again by contacting the number +39 0424 1958079, sending a whatsapp message +39 3401449649, or writing to reservation@viaggiaresrl.it.
    – It can be used in one or more reservations, until the available credit runs out.
  4. Transferability and beneficiaries
    – The Gift Card can be used by the person who receives it or given as a gift to another person without having to communicate the change of beneficiary.
    – However, the credit can only be used by one beneficiary at a time.
  5. Credit check
    –     Each Gift Card has a unique number that allows you to check the remaining amount.
    – The deducted value is recorded internally in our management system at the time of booking.
  6. No limitations on services
    The Gift Card can be used to book any service or product offered by Viaggiare Rent, excluding penalties and/or damages indicated in the specific rental conditions and in the damage table, or anything else provided for in the same conditions on the website www.viaggiarerent.com
  7. Additional conditions
    – The Gift Card cannot be converted into cash or refunded.
    – It is the customer’s responsibility to use the Gift Card by the indicated expiration date.
    – It is the customer’s responsibility to have read and accepted the general and specific rental conditions on the website www.viaggiarerent.com
    – Once the reservation has been made and the voucher applied, it is no longer possible to cancel and/or modify it. The value applied cannot be refunded and/or reused.
    – At the time of collection, if the customer does not meet the requirements for the rental, the value of the voucher will not be refunded and/or reusable.
    – Once the rental is activated, all the rental conditions on the website www.viaggiarerent.com will be applied
